Jasmina Ilieva Jovanovik is member of DDK Law Firm since 2005. She was promoted to younger partner in 2015.

Jasmina is involved in the major M&A transactions advised by DDK and co-leading partner with Dragan Dameski in the most complex cross border financing transactions. Jasmina is leading lawyer in the competition law matters handled by DDK and has been represented douzaines of clients in merger notification processes in front of the Macedonian Competition Commission in the past 10 years.
