Janine is a rapidly rising junior whose busy practice encompasses all aspects of private family law with a particular focus on the financial consequences of divorce and Schedule 1 claims. She is regularly instructed in, and has a particular interest in, cases with a foreign/international element and complex financial arrangements (including company, trust, tax and pension issues).
Janine also has a busy private children practice and has appeared in the High Court in matters concerning child abduction.
Janine is led by silks from both QEB and other sets in high net worth financial remedy claims, and also appears against silks and senior juniors without a leader.
