Jan Bech is an expert within insolvency law and restructuring of enterprises, arrangements with creditors and bankruptcy proceedings. He also advises on all aspects relating to commercial law, including sale, acquisitions and restructuring of insolvent enterprises. As the attorney of the Danish Dairy Board and a number of dairies, he has also obtained wide experience within this industry, and he has a number of clients within the car industry for which he has conducted a a number of leading cases on vehicle registration fee.
Jan is an experienced litigator with a right to appear before the Supreme Court, and he has extensive lecturing experience, including as a lecturer at the master's degree programme in law and the Elite Module at the University of Aarhus.
