Jan Bech

Jan Bech is an expert within insolvency law and restructuring of companies, arrangements with creditors and bankruptcy proceedings. He also advises on all aspects relating to commercial law, including sale, acquisition and restructuring of insolvent companies. As the lawyer of the Danish Dairy Board and a number of dairies, Jan has also obtained wide experience within this industry, and he has a number of clients within the car industry for which he has conducted a number of leading cases on vehicle registration fees.

Jan is an experienced litigator with a right to appear before the Supreme Court, and he has extensive lecturing experience, including as a lecturer at the master's degree programme in law and the Elite Module at the University of Aarhus and as a lecturer at the Association of Danish Law Firms on ”Insolvent business transfers”.
