About
Provided by Andersen Partners
A company in distress faces several scenarios: it may be saved, sold, restructured, or closed (as a worst-case scenario). We handle any matter in an insolvency situation and involve experts from other firm units as required. We offer considerable experience as restructuring administrators and trustees in bankruptcy.
Our clients are Danish and international creditors, e.g. banks and mortgage credit institutions. In addition, we provide advice to companies in distress on options for continuing operations, management liability, arrangements with creditors, and transfer of the business.
We advise in matters such as:
- Restructuring
- Reorganisation
- Arrangements with creditors, compositions, and moratoriums
- Bankruptcy proceedings
- Debt restructuring
- Compulsory dissolution
- Solvent liquidation
Come to us for advice and solutions that match your requirements.
Digital service for the administration of estates in bankruptcy
As part of our insolvency services, we offer creditors in individual estates access to the Andersen Partners Creditor Portal - an integrated and shared digital platform. It makes the estate administration more efficient and transparent for creditors and charge holders by letting them lodge claims, download creditor information circulars, communicate with the trustee, and see how the estate administration proceeds from start to end.
