Jan Alexanderson

Jan Alexanderson specializes in real estate and construction law as well as commercial tenancy. Jan has extensive experience in retail, real estate and development of shopping malls/trading venues. He regularly advises clients on all types of property-related issues such as transactions, property development and exploitation, construction, commercial lease and permission issues. He also advises on M&A matters.

Jan also acts as counsel in court and arbitration proceedings in respect of disputes regarding real estate, construction and commercial lease.
