Christian Bergqvist has extensive experience of handling distressed matters and advising on restructurings, creditor protection issues and other types of legal matters that arise when a company is under financial distress. Christian regularly acts as counsel, trustee and liquidator in both Swedish and cross-border restructurings, bankruptcies and liquidations. He has also conducted a number of internal investigations on behalf of clients.
