Resisting the setting aside of an award in a multi-jurisdictional dispute involving parallel arbitrations and parallel court proceedings: Flashbird Ltd v Compagnie de Securite Privee et Industrielle SARL [2021] UKPC 32]

Obtaining an order against an award debtor to post security in the full amount of the award pending set-aside proceedings.

President of a London-seated ICC tribunal in a dispute in the IT and Telecommunications sector of a major Asian economy

LCIA arbitration of a multi-million USD shareholder dispute relating to oil and gas infrastructure in a West-African port

Expert Witness under English law in a multi-million USD claim under a consolidated loan agreement and surety agreements

Applying for a stay of proceedings under s.9 of the Arbitration Act on the basis of a DIFC-LCIA arbitration clause signed after entry into force of Dubai Decree 34/2021
