He acts for insolvency practitioners, secured and unsecured creditors, debtors, shareholders, directors, litigation funders and claims purchasers, and private individuals. Much of Jamie’s work focuses on the recovery of assets by insolvency practitioners appointed over insolvent estates, particularly in cases involving fraud.

Jamie is often instructed on complex cross-border matters, and has experience with large scale multi-jurisdictional litigation across Europe, the United States, Africa, the Middle East, and the Caribbean.
