Notable cases include: IAP v Rosser [2018] BCC 751 (fraud claim against solicitors); R (Lewin) v FRC [2018] 1 WLR 2867 (third party rights to fairness in the audit regulatory context); Khanty-Mansiysk v Forsters [2018] 1 Costs LR 89 (CA) (settlement agreement precluding claim against solicitors); IEGL v Zurich [2016] AC 509 (SC) (treatment of mesothelioma claims for the purposes of EL insurance purposes); and Holgate v Addleshaw Goddard [2019] PNLR 32 (jurisdictional issues in context of negligence claim against company administrators).
