Jamie is a partner in the Public Markets Group within our UK Corporate practice, which focuses on transactions by or involving listed corporates.

Over his career, Jamie has advised issuers, shareholders, and investment banks on the full range of ECM transactions, including IPOs for commercial companies, investment funds and SPACs, demergers, secondary issues, shareholder sell-downs, and pre-IPO private placements. He has also advised on various UK Listing Rule transactions, including reverse takeovers, class transactions, related party transactions, share buy-backs, and transfers of listing segment.

In addition to his transaction expertise, Jamie has extensive experience in providing ongoing advice to UK corporates on the UK listing regime, UK Corporate Governance Code and the Market Abuse Regulation.

Jamie joined us in 2020 from the ECM team of a London office of a Wall Street firm, having previously worked at a magic circle firm. He has also spent time on secondment to the EMEA ECM execution teams at two leading global investment banks. He was admitted as a Solicitor in England in September 2010.
