Scott Kreamer has held numerous leadership roles in professional legal organizations throughout his career. He is currently serving as the 2025-2026 president of Lawyers for Civil Justice, following previous terms as president-elect, vice president and secretary. Within the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel, he served as president from 2017-2018 and has also held roles including chairman of the board, president-elect, secretary-treasurer, senior director, executive committee member, website director and dean of the Litigation Management College. He also previously served on the board of directors for DRI.

In addition to these leadership positions, Scott remains actively involved in several other professional organizations, including the prestigious American College of Trial Lawyers. He is also a member of ALFA International’s Managing Partners Forum and the American Bar Association’s Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section, including the Fidelity and Surety Law Committee and the Litigation and Trial Practice Committee. In addition to his trial work, Scott Kreamer has significant appellate experience, having handled appeals before state and federal appellate courts. He has successfully defended jury verdicts and secured rulings on key legal principles, including the application of the economic loss doctrine, piercing the corporate veil, expert witness admissibility under Daubert and statutory interpretation under consumer protection laws.
