Professional Memberships

Scott Kreamer has held numerous leadership roles in professional legal organizations throughout his career. He is currently serving as the 2025-2026 president of Lawyers for Civil Justice, following previous terms as president-elect, vice president and secretary. Within the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel, he served as president from 2017-2018 and has also held roles including chairman of the board, president-elect, secretary-treasurer, senior director, executive committee member, website director and dean of the Litigation Management College. He also previously served on the board of directors for DRI.

In addition to these leadership positions, Scott remains actively involved in several other professional organizations, including the prestigious American College of Trial Lawyers. Scott Kreamer has extensive experience as a trial lawyer, having served as lead counsel in numerous complex jury and bench trials across state and federal courts. His trial work spans a wide range of matters, including construction disputes, commercial litigation, surety and fidelity claims, product liability and professional liability. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants, achieving favorable outcomes through verdicts, directed judgments and successful settlements. His ability to navigate multifaceted legal and factual issues in high-stakes cases has earned the confidence of clients across industries.

In addition to his trial work, Scott Kreamer has significant appellate experience, having handled appeals before state and federal appellate courts. He has successfully defended jury verdicts and secured rulings on key legal principles, including the application of the economic loss doctrine, piercing the corporate veil, expert witness admissibility under Daubert and statutory interpretation under consumer protection laws.
