Prior to founding Indemnity Law, James was a senior lawyer at a Tier 1 policyholder litigation boutique in the City. Prior to that, James was an in-house lawyer and advocate at JLT Specialty (now Marsh JLT), a Major Loss Adjuster at global US insurer AIG, and an "insurer's lawyer" at RPC.
