James advises on structuring primary market projects, secondary market acquisitions and disposals, and managing projects throughout their lifecycle (including change management, equity restructuring and refinancing).
Within the energy sector he advises on greenfield and brownfield project developments, with particular experience of offshore transmission, energy-from-waste schemes, energy efficiency projects, smart meters and electric vehicle charging infrastructure.
