Dr Jakub Rachwol is an attorney-at-law admitted to practice in Poland, a partner in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta, and the head of the Banking & Finance practice.
With over 17 years of professional experience, he regularly advises sponsors, companies, banks, private debt funds and other financial institutions in connection with various types of financings.
In recent years, Jakub’s work has centred on acquisition finance, project finance and structured finance.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków in 2005 and qualified as an attorney-at-law in 2011. In 2009, Jakub obtained a PhD from Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz, Germany.
