Jacek Zawadzki

Jacek Zawadzki is an attorney-at-law admitted to practice in Poland and a partner in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta.

A specialist in corporate law, M&A transactions and capital markets regulations, Jacek has extensive experience advising both Polish and international clients. His expertise covers a wide range of areas, including complex public and private M&A transactions, where he has been involved in groundbreaking deals in the financial institutions sector, setting benchmarks for similar transactions on the Polish market. Additionally, Jacek has advised issuers of securities, investment banks, and selling shareholders on major initial and secondary public offerings, rights issues, ABB transactions, and bond issuances, including convertible bonds. In the regulatory sphere, he has advised financial institutions on matters before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, as well as on bancassurance transactions. Furthermore, Jacek has extensive experience in corporate matters, particularly in advising Polish WSE-listed companies.

He graduated with distinction from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków in 2008 and has also completed postgraduate studies in capital markets law organised by the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. Jacek qualified as an attorney-at-law in 2012.
