Mr. Jae-Yun Yun is a partner at Shin & Kim. Mr. Yun’s main areas of practice include construction and real estate disputes, white collar criminal litigations, administrative litigations, corporate general disputes, media and broadcasting disputes, and family cases. He has successfully led Samsung inheritance case (the largest inheritance lawsuit) and shown excellent performance in many large civil cases and large corporate crime cases.

Mr. Yun was given a Chulwoo Media Law Award by the Korean Society for Media Law. He has had extensive experience in handling media, administration and criminal cases, including serving as the (acting) Chairman of the Central Land Expropriation Committee, as the presiding judge of court cases related to land expropriation at Seoul High Court.
