Jae-Yeon Lim

Jae-Yeon (Jae) Lim is a seasoned Canadian corporate immigration lawyer and Partner at McMillan LLP. She advises companies expanding into Canada on strategic immigration solutions, helping them attract entrepreneurs and global talent to support business growth. Jae works with employers across sectors—from multinational corporations to nonprofits—providing tailored guidance on temporary and permanent relocation, immigration compliance, and workforce planning. Her practice includes designing proactive compliance strategies, representing businesses during inspections, and resolving complex matters such as refusals and inadmissibility.
