Jaclyn Tilak is a partner in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group at Goodmans. Her practice focuses on intellectual property litigation, with an emphasis on patent infringement disputes.

Jaclyn’s practice has spanned numerous diverse industries, including pharmaceuticals (small molecules, biologics and vaccines), biotechnology, healthcare devices and mobility aids, oil and gas (including hydraulic fracturing), green energy (including wind turbines) and consumer goods (including detergents).

Jaclyn has appeared before the Federal Court and the Federal Court of Appeal.

Jaclyn has been recognized by numerous publications for her expertise in intellectual property, including Chambers Canada, The Legal 500 Canada, IP Stars and Best Lawyers in Canada.
