Paul has extensive experience in tax controversy matters. He is a fellow of the American College of Tax Counsel. He is also a Certified Public Accountant. Paul obtained his Juris Doctor and bachelor’s degree from the University of Mississippi and earned his LL.M. in Taxation from New York University. He is admitted to The Mississippi Bar.
