Izabella is an legal advisor with imagination and great expirience in difficult and unprecedented cases. Not afried to run cases even if other lawyers lost theirs lose faith and enthusiasm.

She acts as a representative in commercial, labour and criminal proceedings. She is not afraid of difficult and precedent-setting cases. She creates and implements legal and image strategies for her clients, even in the most complex and crisis situations.

She is actively involved in pro-social activities, working to strengthen the position of women in the labor market. Since 2023, she has been actively involved in a project organized by the European Commission Representation in Poland entitled “The Pay Gap,” which aims to combat discrimination in remuneration.

Career

She established with Aleksander Woźnicki in 2017 WP Law sp.j., which was a natural evoulation after sucessfull runing her individual law office after passing positve her advocate exam in 2013.

In 2021, her professional achievements and social activities were recognized with her inclusion in the prestigious list of “25 Most Outstanding Women Lawyers in Business” by Forbes Women Polska magazine.

Admitted to practice as an advocate – by the Warsaw bar (2013) and, previously, by the Poznan bar (2009)

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Poznan (2009)

Studied at the Rechtswissenschaftliche Fakultät of Zurich University (2006 – 2007)

She completed internships at the political and legal departments of Polish diplomatic missions to Switzerland and to Israel, advising on international private and business law.

She also practiced in german law office in Hamm (2007 -2008)

- Representative in several hundred commercial, civil, and labor law court proceedings, including those with an international dimension

- Legal auditor in companies

- Worked on several hundred cases for damages brought against insurers

- Single advisor on major infrastructure investments (value over 100 million PLN)

- Negotiator on behalf of the social side in one of the largest labor law disputes—the so-called Polish sky dispute between air traffic controllers and the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency

- Worked on several extradition and deportation cases

- Speaker and lecturer at conferences and training courses on labor law, contract law, and the introduction of Polish entrepreneurs to foreign markets

- Panelist at forums and conferences on labor law and good business practices

- Mentor for young entrepreneurs and startups

- Legal advisor to several non-governmental organizations (NGOs)

- Sits on supervisory boards of companies and NGOs

- In cooperation with the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights, provides pro bono support to people exposed to discrimination and unequal treatment due to disability

Work Highlights

Negotiator on behalf of the social side in one of the largest labor law disputes—the so-called Polish sky dispute between air traffic controllers and the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency - 2021/2022. She was coordinating proces of re-signing employment contracts for over 200 employees.
