Represents clients in civil and commercial disputes and provides assistance in arbitration proceedings. He advises on internal corporate investigations, providing comprehensive support - from identifying potential violations of criminal law to representation in litigation.
His practice of more than a dozen years includes conducting proceedings in the broad field of criminal and business law. He has both experience representing executives and employees of large corporations, giving him a unique knowledge of "both sides."
Over the past year, the team led by Alexander Woznicki has conducted a number of internal investigations and pre-trial proceedings in criminal cases.
The work of his White Collar Crime team was recognised by Forbes Poland in its ‘Best Law Firms’ ranking in 2022 and 2023.
Career
He gained his experience in leading Polish and international law firms and companies. He has been successfully running his own law firm for over 8 years.
Eagerly shares his knowledge and experience, among other things, as a speaker at conferences and trainings on the legal liability of members of the board of directors of capital companies. Panelist at economic forums on topics related to economic crime. Panel topics he participated in included "Corruption and the Mafia in politics - why do we still have to deal with it?", "Organized criminal activity and its impact on the state's economy".
In cooperation with the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights, he provides pro bono support to persons exposed to discrimination and unequal treatment due to their disability, as well as in international corporations.
