Ivo holds a bachelor’s, master’s, PhD, and Full Professor Degree in Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC/SP), in addition to an LLM degree in Trade Regulation from New York University. Besides 25 years of experience in restructuring, corporate, project finance, banking, and arbitration issues, he frequently acts as an arbitrator in arbitration disputes. He is also a Professor in Commercial Law at PUC/SP and has authored numerous books and papers on legal issues.
