In practice for 25 years, Ittinant is a key figure in Thailand’s high-value real estate and construction space and is a go-to resource for businesses and investors working at the top end of the country’s markets. He is also a hospitality & leisure, corporate & commercial, and banking & finance legal specialist.

He assists international real estate and asset management companies with business structures, licensing and operations in Thailand, and advises foreign investors and major real estate developers and operators on negotiating, structuring, and closing sales, joint ventures and M&A.

Ittinant has been ranked for several years by Chambers & Partners. He is also part of The Legal 500's elite group of "Leading Partners" for real estate, and is a permanent fixture on the "A-List of Top Lawyers in Thailand" by Asia Business Law Journal, headlining the same publication’s “Corporate Aces” feature in a recent editorial report and jurisdiction round-up of the country.
