Irakli Pipia is a senior associate at Dentons' Tbilisi Office. He is engaged in corporate, finance and real estate matters.

Irakli has extensive experience advising clients on and drafting shareholder agreements, charters, internal corporate and employment bylaws. His work also includes real estate transactions and regulatory issues, advising on construction permit, zoning matters, commercial law and transport sector matters.

Career

Prior to joining the firm, Irakli worked as a foreign legal intern with the Public Interest Law Institute in Budapest, Hungary, for Transparency International Georgia, and was involved in various projects at for the American Bar Association/Central and East European Law Institute (ABA/CEELI) and the National Endowment for Democracy (NED).
