Inge is a specialist in employment law (specifically corporate employment law). Inge advises domestic and international companies and their boards on matters such as collective layoffs, individual dismissals, remuneration policies, privacy issues and the employment-law aspects of mergers and acquisitions. She also represents her clients in court. Inge furthermore assists management and works councils in complex advisory processes, such as mergers and acquisitions and reorganisations. Inge’s extensive experience includes the healthcare, media and financial sectors.

Career

Before she joined Rutgers & Posch in 2015, Inge was a partner at Kennedy Van der Laan. Inge served on the Council of Supervision of the Amsterdam Bar until the end of 2019.

Professional Memberships

She is a member of the editorial staff of employment-law journal Arbeidsrecht, a member of Dutch Employment Lawyers Association and the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA), and a member of the board of the Diversity and Equality Law Committee of the International Bar Association.
