Inés Parra Wallis

Inés Parra specialises in corporate law, capital markets, exchange controls, M&A, insurance law and real estate. She is considered one of the leading M&A and corporate lawyers in Venezuela. She regularly advises international companies doing business in Venezuela such as Procter & Gamble, Repsol, Polar, Amway, Vicson-Bekaert, Axalta; Oster, Hino, Oxiteno and Repsol. Inés became partner at D’Empaire in 1996. She studied law at Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (JD, 1988), and received a master’s degree in corporate law from the same university (1992).
