Ilias E Koimtzoglou

Ilias is the Managing Partner and a founding member of KBVL. He is a transactional lawyer with more than twenty years of experience of service to major corporate clients.

Ilias specializes in M&A, Finance, Privatizations, Corporate Restructuring and Antitrust Law.

He has advised domestic and foreign clients in complex corporate transactions with cross border elements and foreign investors in a number of acquisitions of strategic assets through privatization procedures or corporate restructurings. He has also represented various international clients before the Hellenic Competition Commission and the Greek courts in landmark cases of antitrust law litigation.

Ilias is a member of the Competition Law working group of the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises (SEV), member of the Advisory Board of the MSc in the Business Program of the ALBA Graduate Business School, and member of the Advisory Committee of the Minister of Finance regarding the implementation of the reformed Bankruptcy Code.
