Ian Rostowsky

Adv. Ian Rostowsky is a partner and Co-Head of Amit, Pollak, Matalon’s Hi-Tech and Venture Capital Department.

Mr. Rostowsky has over 33 years of experience in all aspects of commercial law and corporate transactional work, with an emphasis on the Hi-Tech ecosystem. His expertise includes mergers and acquisitions, investment fund formation and representation, venture capital financings, development agreements, licensing, strategic alliances, and international joint ventures.

Rostowsky represents technology companies at all stages of development and across a wide range of technology fields. Mr. Rostowsky advises foreign corporations on establishing operations in Israel and on other Israel-related issues. Rostowsky is also Co-Chair of APM’s Intellectual Property practice and advises companies and investors on a wide range of IP matters.
