Ian Gamble is widely recognized as a leading international tax lawyer in Canada. He has vast experience representing large multinational and domestic corporations across all industry sectors. He advises on cross-border mergers & acquisitions, financings, group restructurings, controlled foreign affiliates, international tax treaties, joint ventures, CRA audits, and related tax appeals.
