Before joining Kim & Chang in 2009, Mr. Lee served in the judiciary for 21 years, first as a judge in district courts and later as a presiding judge in district courts and high courts. During his tenure as a judge, he accumulated extensive experience in a wide range of civil, criminal, administrative and tax litigations.
