Hugo López Coll

Hugo López Coll has been a partner of Sainz Abogados since 2021 and is admitted to practice law in Mexico and New York. He has more than 20 years of experience and has represented many national and international clients in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, capital markets, regulatory and compliance, real estate, shareholder disputes, and gaming and raffles matters.

Hugo and his team constantly advise clients on matters related to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), the OECD Convention and the United Nations Convention against Corruption, as well as the National Anti-Corruption System. He has represented companies doing business in Latin America in the structuring and implementation of anti-corruption policies and procedures, as well as in various corporate investigations.

He is continuously invited to participate as speaker in seminars and conferences on the topics of compliance and investigations.
