Howard Seife is a partner in the global law firm of Norton Rose Fulbright. Based in New York, he is the global head of the firm's financial restructuring and insolvency practice. He has represented clients in reorganizations, both domestically and internationally, of energy, retail, technology, insurance, real estate, leasing, textiles, manufacturing, telecommunications and media companies. Mr. Seife has played a key role in many high-profile cases including Energy Future Holdings, PG&E, Oi, S.A, Enron, Telecommunications, OAS Finance Limited, Residential Capital, Enron and Tribune Company. He is a leader in the field of cross-border insolvency, dealing with restructurings in multiple jurisdictions, including Brazil, the U.K., Australia, France, and Russia.
