Howard Seife is a partner in the global law firm of Norton Rose Fulbright. Based in New York, he is the global head of the firm's financial restructuring and insolvency practice. He has represented clients in reorganizations, both domestically and internationally, of energy, retail, technology, insurance, real estate, leasing, textiles, manufacturing, telecommunications and media companies.
