He advises German and international, private and listed investors on the entire spectrum of real estate business law, in particular on structuring and negotiating complex real estate M&A and NPL transactions as well as real estate financing and restructuring of real estate companies.

Holger advises clients strategically and constructively on contract structures and acquisition programmes as well as on the planning and implementation of strategies for acquirers and potential acquisition targets, both in Germany and cross-border.

Prior to joining Norton Rose Fulbright, Holger worked with another international law firm in Frankfurt, focusing on the areas of real estate and real estate finance.
