Anne Fischer

Anne Fischer is a corporate lawyer based in Dusseldorf. She has extensive experience in advising on (strategic) M&A, corporate and regulatory matters in the insurance sector.

Anne advises German and international clients across the insurance sector (insurers, reinsurers, intermediaries, InsurTechs, investors and other market participants) on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, including share deals, asset and business transfers, portfolio transfers, joint ventures and corporate restructurings.

She also regularly advises insurers, reinsurers and insurance distributors on a wide range of legal and regulatory matters, including the setting up of new businesses, ongoing business regulation, product distribution and compliance. Anne further provides advice on W&I matters as well as on pension carve-outs. A further focus of her practice is on the digitization of the insurance sector, including advice to InsurTechs.
