Hillary H. Holmes, Co-Chair of the firm’s Capital Markets practice and Co-Head of the Houston office, focuses on capital markets, securities regulation, M&A and governance. Hillary represents issuers and underwriters in all forms of capital raising transactions, including IPOs, sustainable finance, high yield bonds, investment grade debt, equity offerings, PIPE’s, preferred stock, and spin-offs. Hillary serves as regular counsel to public and private companies on ESG matters, SEC reporting, and governance. Hillary frequently advises boards of directors, special committees and financial advisors in M&A transactions, including public mergers, take privates, and acquisitions. She brings an expertise in the oil and gas and energy transition industries.
