Hilda Galvan is a nationally recognized trial lawyer who focuses on complex intellectual property and technology-related litigation. For over 25 years, she has represented plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state courts across the country. Her electrical engineering background allows her to, effectively and efficiently, understand and explain technology to judges and juries. Representative technologies include telecommunications, artificial intelligence, software, smart meters, semiconductor processing, electronic circuits and navigation systems. Hilda, a registered patent attorney, also serves as lead counsel in adversarial proceedings before the Patent Trial & Appeal Board. She is Partner-in-Charge of Jones Day’s Dallas office.
