"Biography
Hervé Jégou joined the Firm’s Real Estate Practice Group in 2006. He previously worked for Clifford Chance, where he also practiced in the area of real estate law. Mr. Jégou has a bachelor's degree in Management Techniques and Business Law from the University of Paris Dauphine and a research master's degree in private law from University of Paris X – Nanterre. He also holds a research master's degree in English and North American Business law from University of Paris I – Panthéon Sorbonne. Mr. Jégou is a French avocat admitted to the Paris Bar.
Practice Focus
Mr. Jégou routinely advises clients on the sale, acquisition and lease of real estate assets, as well as sale and leaseback transactions of office and commercial buildings. His clients include French and foreign clients acting as investors or users of real estate projects. Mr. Jégou recently handled the sale and leaseback transaction of a chain of restaurants in France, and assisted in the sale of hotels located in Paris.
