Véronique Millischer joined Baker McKenzie in 2002 as a Partner. She is specialized in corporate tax, both domestic and international, and assists her clients (mainly large multinational groups) regarding the corporate tax aspects of French and international restructurings, international joint ventures, acquisitions of international groups by French groups (advice and organization of due diligences) or acquisitions of French groups by foreign groups; the assistance provided in the context of groups restructurings / setting-up of joint-ventures implies on a regular basis negotiations with the FTA, and in particular negotiations of tax rulings with the Ruling Department ("Bureau des Agréments et Rescrits"). She acts as Head of the tax department in the Paris office and is a member of the Hotels, Resorts and Tourism group of Baker McKenzie.
