He not only graduated with the highest-grade point average in the entire University of Costa Rica (highest not only at the Law School but for all schools of the University, by far, the largest of the country), but he pursued his Masters’ Degree, with a Fulbright scholarship, at Harvard Law School.

He started his own law firm just one year after returning from Harvard, with one single file, and one client.
