Henry Fea

Henry is a private client lawyer with extensive cross border experience, gained from working in both the UK and Switzerland. He advises individuals, partnerships, families and trustees on tax, trusts and succession planning, often where assets and interests span multiple generations and jurisdictions.

A core part of Henry’s practice is advising on international tax and trust matters, including issues around becoming, or ceasing to be, UK resident. He regularly advises on the establishment and operation of offshore trusts and other ownership structures. Henry has significant experience helping clients to regularise tax affairs in the UK and overseas, including through disclosure regimes and international agreements.

Henry advises on UK landed estates, heritage and agriculture, supporting families, partnerships and trustees with long term succession planning and estate administration. His work includes advising on farming, trading partnerships, as well as on UK wills, probate and the administration of estates, often where property or family businesses, including agricultural interests, form a central part of family wealth. He also advises on the establishment and governance of trusts and charities connected to estates and heritage assets, as well as tax mitigation relating to heritage assets.
