Henrique is a founding partner of Candido Martins Cukier Advogados and has over 23 years of experience in M&A and private equity transactions, both in structuring and negotiating national and international operations in various sectors of the economy. He acquired significant experience in advising not only private equity firms from inception to exit but also advising entrepreneurs and family businesses in investments, always maintaining long term relationships. His professional experience, before founding the firm, includes working in some of the largest law firms in Brazil. Literate in English and Portuguese, Henrique has a law degree in Brazil and in the UK.
