Career
Henning Sieber focuses his practice on real estate and corporate law. He regularly advises on real estate acquisitions and sales, including the structuring and financing of real estate transactions, and has broad experience in advising in particular institutional clients on transactions in Germany and abroad.
Henning is also experienced in the restructuring of real estate investments, including advising on restructuring and refinancing of distressed investments as well as on real estate investment funds.
The leading German legal publishing house JUVE recommends Henning as “very capable and assertive”. He is recognized by Handelsblatt/Best Lawyers as one of the Best Lawyers in Germany in Real Estate Law and Mergers and Acquisitions Law since 2018. Prior to Greenberg Traurig, Henning worked as a partner for Olswang and for more than five years in the Real Estate Group at Freshfields in Berlin, as well as for Merrill Lynch Global Principal Investments in Frankfurt/Main
