Héléna Gagné

With close to 15 years of exclusive focus on private wealth law, Héléna is a trusted advisor to high net-worth individuals, multigenerational families, and institutional trustees. She brings particular strength in estate planning for owner-managed businesses and cross-border structures. Héléna is widely recognized for her technical depth, client service, and leadership within the profession. She serves on the executive of STEP Montréal and the organizing committees for both STEP Canada and the Canadian Tax Foundation conferences on estates and trusts, and on the board of directors of the Association de planification fiscale et financière, a Quebec based association for professionals with taxation, and trust and estate expertise.
