President of Kozyak Tropin & Throckmorton and concentrates his practice on high stakes business litigation. He is Level One in Chambers in commercial litigation and has achieved similar recognition in other leading legal directories. While the majority of his practice now focuses on representing plaintiffs, he regularly represents businesses and law firms in their most challenging commercial cases. He lectures on commercial litigation issues, including the management of complex litigation, the presentation of damages in commercial litigation, and trial advocacy. He is an adjunct professor of trial advocacy at the University of Miami law school and a member of the Federal Judicial Nominating Commission.
