Bernice Lee focuses her practice on bankruptcy restructuring, workouts, insolvency, receiverships and litigation. She often represents creditors, debtors, receivers and other court-appointed fiduciaries in the areas of bankruptcy, insolvency and receiverships, and has guided numerous companies through the Chapter 11 confirmation process. Recently, Bernice has represented stakeholders in cases involving real estate, manufacturing, hospitality, retail, aviation, Ponzi schemes and other fraud, and mass tort claims.
