He is a member in the Columbus office and maintains a commercial real estate and general business practice, with emphasis on commercial real estate and mezzanine lending, real estate development, commercial leasing, land use and general corporate real estate services. He assists in the acquisition of land, development and leasing for office, hotel and shopping centers and joint venture formation. He also has extensive loan restructuring and workout experience and performs real estate-related counseling in corporate bankruptcies and reorganizations. Mr. Robins received his juris doctor from Emory University School of Law, and a bachelor of arts from the University of Michigan.
