Hans Hammarbäck

Hans Hammarbäck was a partner of the firm during the years 1997-2021. He has previously chaired the firm’s Dispute Resolution Group and was sharing the leadership of the Insurance Group together with Azadeh Razani until 2022. Hans is a highly respected authority within the fields of insurance and reinsurance and has more than 30 years’ experience advising on commercial disputes. Hans has specialised in contentious insurance and reinsurance matters. He has litigated and arbitrated countless insurance and reinsurance disputes in Sweden and other jurisdictions.
