She has extensive experience in financing and financial regulation with in-depth knowledge of payment services regulation including PSD2. Her industry passion lies in fintech and she is known for being a passionate advocate for good governance and sustainability.

Hanna-Mari regularly advises leading corporations and financial institutions, including their boards, on corporate governance, compliance and sustainability, often in the context of significant corporate transactions, crisis management or regulatory matters.

In addition to her legal expertise, Hanna-Mari Manninen is an experienced member and chairman of boards and general meetings of companies and other organizations.
