Haigreve Khaitan

Haigreve Khaitan is a Senior Partner and leads the Corporate, M&A and Private Equity practices at the Firm. He is an elected member of the National Executive Committee of the Firm, which is responsible for the Firm’s strategic growth and development. He is also one of the co-founders of the Firm’s Mumbai office.

Haigreve closely advises on sophisticated personal estate planning, probate and trust administration, business succession planning matters and related legal services. He has also advised his clients on Wills, trust structuring, marital agreements, retirement benefit planning, re-structuring businesses for families including Hindu Undivided Families (HUFs) and other family arrangements.

Haigreve’s clientele includes large, leading Indian conglomerates, multinational organisations and large family businesses operating in sectors as diverse as infrastructure, power, telecom, automobiles, steel, software and information technology, retail and many more.
