Divi specialises in trusts, wills, estates, family settlements, family separations, family constitutions, succession planning and private wealth management advisory as well as general corporate and mergers and acquisitions practice area. She has assisted a broad array of clients including some of the most notable family-run businesses, promoters of large corporate houses, high net-worth individuals and NRIs in developing a suitable succession plan for their estates.

She has over a decade of experience across diverse verticals of the field—ranging from drafting of/ advising on wills and trust structuring to succession planning to complex family settlement agreements, family separations and family constitutions. She has also interpreted and applied various landmark judicial positions in this field and has authored several articles and provided her views to diverse publications and at public forums. Divi has been ranked in all major platforms and publications and her experience in this practice is fairly niche and unique and is evinced in the varied transactions undertaken by her in the private clients and trusts practice area. Divi has also advised on complex personal estate and succession planning, business succession planning and related legal services.

Divi has been invited as a subject-matter expert to share her expertise and speak at various platforms such as at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, Madras Management Association, Chennai, on NDTV’s “The Property Show” and CII IWN Delhi. Divi regularly undertakes sessions and speaks at various private events organised by various high net worth forums. She also conducts guest lectures at various law schools across India.
